What is All-on-4?

All-on-4 is a protocol for replacing a whole arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge of 10–14 teeth supported by just four implants. The breakthrough is geometry: the two front implants are placed vertically, while the two back implants are tilted at an angle. Tilting lets them grip more bone and avoid the maxillary sinuses (upper jaw) and the inferior alveolar nerve (lower jaw) — which is why so many patients can have All-on-4 without bone grafting.
